First and foremost, we should have the same thought that whatever our present job is, the most important thing is Commitment!! Why is this a must? Working without feeling is a waste of time! keep it in mind!


Should be happy, proud or sad working with a multinational company ? 

Definitely should be HAPPY and PROUD because can be the winner in the crowd of job seeker, firstly we said "Puji Tuhan, Alhamdulillah" and after this ready to WAR in the Bule cycle 😎


Okay then, depends on the true story or real experiences working in multinational company is very challenging WHY ? 

1. Working with active people (ga tua ga muda ambis tjoy) 

2. Impersonate EXPATRIATE (sokap doi ? anak gang mane nih) 

3. Target - quality - improvement - achieve - repeat 💪 ! (Should be not excuse!) 

4. Faster work cycle, time is money bos !  

5. Throwing non value addict in many possibility 

Those are the simple examples within the multinational working space 


Is it doesnt have any benefit working in Multinational company ? LETS BREAKDOWN IT : 

1. Common up with English conversation, writing, reading, reporting etc (mayan gratis)

2. Automatically being Energetic and Dynamic person (keturunan etos bule)

3. Align with International and Global Standard

4. Updated with newest system 

5. Having friends of various originis (Anjayy temen- temen eug bule nich) 


So, WHAT should be done to adapt the Multinational Company Culture ?
