How to adapt "Company Culture" in Multinational company ?
First and foremost, we should have the same thought that whatever our present job is, the most important thing is Commitment!! Why is this a must? Working without feeling is a waste of time! keep it in mind!
Should be happy, proud or sad working with a multinational company ?
Definitely should be HAPPY and PROUD because can be the winner in the crowd of job seeker, firstly we said "Puji Tuhan, Alhamdulillah" and after this ready to WAR in the Bule cycle 😎

1. Working with active people (ga tua ga muda ambis tjoy)
2. Impersonate EXPATRIATE (sokap doi ? anak gang mane nih)
3. Target - quality - improvement - achieve - repeat 💪 ! (Should be not excuse!)
4. Faster work cycle, time is money bos !
5. Throwing non value addict in many possibility
